Only identified items in report are eligible for grants/incentives.

Owners of residential properties having 2 or more units and not more than 3 storey’s high
(with a footprint of less than 600m2 or 6,456 ft2).
* New Multi-Unit Residential do not qualify.

* Larger apartment buildings are eligible for assistance under the Commercial Sector and Institutional Program for energy Incentives

Dollar value:	The maximum grant one can receive multi-unit residential building is $5,000; whereas the total grant amount available to one entity for eligible properties over the life of the program is $500,000.
$1250	Install a solar domestic hot water system with solar collectors that meets the CAN/CSA F378.87 standard AND provides a minimum energy contribution of 6000 megajoules per year.(*per equipment installed)
